Account and organization information; authorized commerce, advertising and cost data; integration status, webhook identifiers, error logs and audit events.
How data is used
For product mapping, order synchronization, attribution, cost matching, profit calculation, Growth Case analysis, decision support, security, troubleshooting and audit. ScalePilot does not sell customer business data.
Data minimization
ScalePilot is not a consumer CRM. We do not intentionally retain full names, phone numbers or full addresses when they are not required for core calculations.
Third-party integrations
Data enters through customer-authorized APIs, webhooks or file imports, including Shopify, Meta and CSV / Manual Cost sources.
Retention, export and deletion
Data is retained for a reasonable period based on service, contract, legal and audit requirements. Customers may disconnect integrations and request export or deletion. Necessary security, legal or contractual audit records may be retained.
